"Our stay at The Peninsula Chicago was exceptional. The hotel is truly luxurious, and everything was top-notch. The only downside was that the lobby is located on the fourth floor, and only one out of the three elevators from the ground floor to the lobby was operational, which caused some delays. Other than that, everything was wonderful."
