Location was fantastic for a first-time trip to Chicago. Room was very spacious. Staff gave us an early check-in which was much appreciated. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right nearby. Didn’t partake of the bar, restaurant or gym during our stay.

The hotel was wonderful and perfectly located in downtown Chicago. The staff at the restaurant bar were fabulous, lots of people in the lobby to help take care of your needs, and check in was fabulous. I got a room with a view of the river on the 30th floor and spectacular. Look forward to coming back.

A very quick trip to Chicago and this hotel was perfect! Close to the metro, so there was no need for a car or an uber. Everything is either in walking distance or on the metro line…perfect location! The hotel itself is beautiful and the people there are lovely. We had the option to pay $25 for an early checkin which was very helpful. The room was clean with an incredible view of the river. We would absolutely stay here again!
