The staff was so amazing and kind. We stayed here for our anniversary and when I told them that they comped us breakfast and 2 drinks from the bar! Breakfast was soooo delicious it wasn’t that continental crap. It was made to order! The location of this place is unmatched! The views of navy pier and the lake really made it special. Definitely will be coming back next year!

The property was beautiful and clean! The lake view was amazing! Our room was spotless and cleaned daily with no issues. I appreciated the security of needing a room key to be able to use the elevator. The pool area was kept clean and always had plenty of towels available. The only thing I found lacking was there was no information in the room about the restaurant, room service or breakfast. Of course these things were mentioned when checking in but after hours of traveling I didn’t take it all in so an information book in the room would have been helpful. Being in such a big city it would be nice to have some info in the room about nearby cafes, parks, transportation.

Our stay at W Chicago was genuinely comfortable and well taken care of. Daily housekeeping kept the room consistently clean throughout our visit, which is not always the case in many North American hotels. Check-in was handled by Dakota, who was patient, friendly, and very clear in answering our questions. Will also supported us during the stay and was equally attentive. What stood out most was the consistency in hospitality—every staff member we interacted with, from front desk to housekeeping, was courteous and helpful without feeling forced. The room view was another highlight and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, a smooth experience and we would stay again when in Chicago.
