We were in town for a concert and I was super impressed with how welcoming the hotel staff were to the artist’s fans. Food at Kitty O’Shea’s was excellent both times we ate there.

We stayed here for the BTS concert. The Hilton Chicago had photo ops set up and played BTS music the whole weekend. It was fantastic. Hotel was beautiful and staff were attentive and friendly.

The location of the hotel is excellent on Michigan Ave. Everything is super walkable and easy to get to from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants that are very good and close to the hotel.

Excellent property! Very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant, bar, little store & small cafe all in the hotel. We stayed in a room with 2 beds, which also had 2 separate full bath rooms. We enjoyed our stay here, very much.

Great location! Very welcoming staff and a beautiful hotel. Rates were great and they had a wonderful lobby area with coffee, gelato, food and game area. We will definitely stay there again.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Our room actually had a beautiful view of the lake and Michigan Avenue. We could hear road noise at times, but other than that it was nice and quiet. Hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and amenities- loved my time here!

I really loved that the hotel borafied (purpled out for bts fans) the hotel. It was nice to see a fan gathering spot and with a decent walking distance to soldier field. It was comfortable and safe too.

This was a clean stay! The staff members were pleasant. The location of the hotel was next to a lot of great tourist spots. The building is an older building but extremely clean and convenient. A big perk was that the Hop On Hop off bus was right outside the front door. I would stay at this location again.

The hotel and staff did an amazing job accommodating all of the thousands BTS army staying at the hotel over the duration of the concerts. I loved how they played BTS music throughout the property, decorated, displayed purple lighting for the event, etc.
