We love where this is property is located and all the amenities. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there which was disappointing but the weather didn't really cooperate either. The staff is very accomodating and attentive.

this is no a hotel and the amenities are bare bones. No maid service, the TV was worthless with endless buffering to make it unwatchable, the shower head was broken, etc. On the good side, it's a great location, beautiful views, nice vibe around the property, large unit with two beds, and great gym area.

Wonderful amenities, clean and great location. The only thing I did not care for was checking myself in. Front staff welcome you but you have to complete your own check in. After a long day if travel the last thing a person wants to do is complete forms. Lowers the Luxury feel of the property when the front desk does not do what an average Holiday Inn does.

We traveled with four kids. There was a noticeable lack of other children around. However the property was prepared to have them around. There was an entire play room with brand new puzzles and gently used toys to play with. The pool was usually fairly empty so my kids had fun there. The basketball court was generally empty as well. We got a lot of use out of all three spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the coffee shop downstairs was a frequent stop as well.
