"Stay was amazing. Planned a night away for valentine's day close to a beautiful Italian restaurant, didn't know we had breakfast and other things included in the stay and was pleased and surprised when checking in. Beautiful view of city of Bristol and lovely hotel and staff too.... Will definitely be visiting again "

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming

for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."
