The location was perfect. It's on top of an Underground station, across from the Tower and Tower Bridge, near shops and pubs. The hotel was great, and we enjoyed the breakfast. While we were there, they had a tech issue that blocked the elevators and the controls in the room, but it was resolved pretty quickly. We'd absolutely stay there again.
