Great location for central London, practical no frills hotel, with no interactions with staff at any point. The shower wasn't the best, and they seemed to be issues with the escalators at the entrance. However I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Location is great. Hotel amenities were average. Bed is a little hard and only two pillows, no windows. There is a 50 euro fee for early check in, but staff is helpful and lets you store luggage (no charge).

The rooms are they n the smaller side. They have a nice bar and seating place. Never restocked soap or toilet paper throughout visit. It’s right in Piccadilly near man chain restaurants. Good for getting around and walkable to soho.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel was clean, staff helpful and overall I felt it was good value for money. There were a few things still being ironed out as the hotel has just opened, but I think once these are addressed this will be a great base for exploring London.
