Hotel is new and very clean. The staff we interacted with were great, and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, as advertised, but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. My only warning is the lobby area has a very strong perfumed scent.

Great location for central London, practical no frills hotel, with no interactions with staff at any point. The shower wasn't the best, and they seemed to be issues with the escalators at the entrance. However I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Great location , friendly staff, comfy beds and hot shower. One negative - the placement of the TV means you can’t watch it from your bed which is annoying. Otherwise a lovely stay and the place smells great too!
