The hotel was next to Kensington garden and palace, it was very close to walking distance to tube station and even to hop on hop off big bus tours. Overall, we made an excellent choice staying here.

Definitely a 5⭐️ property in a great location with polite and accommodating staff. Right next to Kensington Gardens makes perfect for an early morning or afternoon walks to reset after a busy, hot summer day of shopping and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at the royal garden. Staff was very friendly and happy to help, beds very comfortable. Location is great, less than 5 min walk to subway station . Good neighborhood with tons of restaurants to choose from.

We celebrated my partner's birthday, we had a room overlooking the park which was breathtaking, the room was modern and clean, what you expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff ww met were kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast, delicious food. Overall, the service was outstanding! While we were there we booked another weekend stay.

The room was clean and spacious. Though I arrived two hours before check in they were able to find a room that was available immediately for me to settle in, which was great I stayed on the third floor facing the Main Street and found it to be very quiet and peaceful at night. The linens were nice, the bed was comfy, and the towel warming rack in the bathroom worked really well. The team was super friendly and helpful, and I loved how close the hotel was to Kensington Gardens! It made for a perfect morning walk.

I was initially disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the odor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Although I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 a.m. for a one-night stay, I was able to check in and access my room immediately. Having arrived in London on an overnight flight from Ghana early that morning, I was able to shower, enjoy lunch in the city, and feel refreshed enough to make the most of the afternoon and evening. The Chinese restaurant on the top floor is also excellent; next time, I would love to book a table and try the Peking duck.

My stay was lovely. The staff was courteous and helpful. I did change rooms bc the first room was too small. The breakfast was plentiful but the coffee is awful. I did ask for a cappuccino and that was lovely. Just ask for an americano if you want coffee.

The Hotel is a large modern building on Kensington high street adjacent to Kensington Park. The main reason to stay at a 5 star hotel is superior service, and the Royal Garden did not disappoint. There were always staff on hand to offer assistance and advice.
