"The cleaner on the 1st floor on 27.04.25 was so lovely and friendly, she saw that we had our hands full when walking past the room that she was cleaning, she told us to wait and she let us into our room. When we left she gave us a big smile and said goodbye, what lovely customer service!"

"I flew in from Cairo late last night. I was a tad worried about getting to the Hotel, as there's currently no shuttle service to/from. The Hotel staff advised me which bus to get and where to catch it. Luckily there was one just loading passengers, and the conductor told me where to get off. After arriving atvthe ahotei,cthecstaff were busy but very polite. The room clean, spacious and well fitted out. My deal included breakfast, which was also excellent."

Location is perfect for transport, dining etc The only let down was the shower in my room was not clean and housekeeping did not give me a clean cup or replenish the tea tray. Overall I would stay there again. "
