Lovely breakfast, nice staff, great location near to Victoria. Nice room. Only slight downside was that there has been no attempt to soundproof the accommodation meaning that my relaxing early night didn’t happen as some guests were banging and slamming around very late into the night. I’d suggest ear plugs and had a known I would have brought some and had a perfect stay.

The staff was so kind and friendly, the room and bathroom (Wren) were spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet and looked recently renovated. Plenty of power sockets, very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, safe, comfortable seating and very tastefully decorated, as was all the hotel. Also excellent breakfast, generous and freshly prepared to order. The staff kindly allowed me to drop off my suitcase before check in and it was taken up to my room ready for when I arrived. I had such a great stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed for 6 nights. It’s one of London’s older neighborhoods and the building is old as well. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming and we loved it. Breakfast is available and was tasty. The only reason I gave it a lower rating is because the floors at the hotel are really old. Because the building is old it probably gave way and the floors, even on the ground level, was tilting to one side. You can feel it in the bathroom and the toilet. The floor was cracking a lot and walking was noisy. Because of it we also felt like people in the room above us were walking on our heads. Location was walkable to the Westminster Abbey and other central attractions (if you have healthy legs and back), about 30-60 minutes depending where you want to go. The closest subway, Victoria station is 10-15 minutes walk. Subway is easy to use. One other thing is the air conditioner gave musty smell but thankfully the weather was nice and we could keep the windows open. We are thankful to the staff at the hotel.

The hotel is charming, well placed and very clean. The inclusion of breakfast was a major factor in our booking, and we were so pleased with it! The food was absolutely delicious. Lovely welcome at the hotel by the owner. We were able to drop our luggage at reception in the morning and go exploring. Room 11 was double aspect at the front of the hotel but still quiet. The room was clean and a reasonable size. The bathroom was compact but modern and had everything you need. The twin beds were very comfortable. The excellent complimentary breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant downstairs
