This property is at Terminal 5 with no shuttle service. I have traveled a lot and usually an airport hotel is either located at the airport or has a free shuttle service. This is a nice hotel but our first uber driver took us to a different Holiday Inn Express from the car rental at a different terminal. By the time we paid to get to the hotel and then to Terminal 2 the next day we could have spent $75 more on a more convenient location. My fault for booking in a hurry without checking transportation.

Despite being right next to a noisy bar the hotel itself has nice quiet bedrooms. Staff generally pretty helpful. It’s a busy place. You can’t get a hot chocolate in the evening though because they turn the machine off… car park is usually busy and spaces tight. It’s generally it’s a decent place to flop when you have an early flight. I slept well.

When checking online it reflects free shuttle to airport Was advised at check in that has not existed since COVID Would be a nice touch to bring back or take off search sites if possible Dining room staff were excellent Especially the manager who greeted us at dinner and at breakfast Food was well priced in comparison to London and its area
