Arrived late in the evening after our flight with a last-minute booking. Staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The crib was delivered promptly and we all had a comfortable sleep. They stored our luggage for the day after we checked out which was very convenient. Recommend this hotel without hesitation.

A clean hotel that is close to the airport! Staff were pleasant and the on-site restaurant was quick and delicious. My only complaint is that we were not aware of there being two "Ibis london Heathrow Airport" hotels about a 20 mins walk of each other. We mistakenly went to the wrong one and had to walk during the heat wave to the proper hotel. Some notice of this would be appreciated when booking.

I was surprised to how good the hotel was! Location is not so great for local stuff (but I'm not sure why you would stay in Hounslow anyway)? but for the airport, car-hire it's fine. Reasonable dining, great staff, rooms are very good (I was shocked)! Recommended.

The room was basic but clean. Breakfast is not provided. The A/C only works when you're in the room and takes a long time to cool down the space. The front desk was less than helpful. There were no basic amenities provided in the room, such as toiletries or a cup or glass to drink water from.
