This hotel was really lovely, open, spacious and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the gym and pool facilities were great. There was plenty of parking and it’s a short walk to the NEC.

Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The room itself was very comfortable although some, minor issues. The main room light didn't work, toilet seat a little flimsy (cheap) and the bathroom door lock stiff. The A/C unit blade made a noise at regular intervals so I turned it off. No need for A/C anyway Generally decent value for money
