Do not fall trap for their timeshare presentation. They will try to take you to member resort section and they claim you will get $200 voucher to redeem. This is not true and they bill you at the end of your time at the resort. Over all it was a good experience. Food was not out of the ordinary typical american bristro style. Although the staff are cleaning the seaweed on an hourly basis, it was out of control. Beach smelled like rotting eggs! It was horrible. No one was in the beach or at the beach except for the workers. Went to Saona island and it was good and relaxing. Long time in the boat to get there i think like 1 hour. Shop for different prices cause its pretty much all the same. No such thing as a private beach on one part of the island that all boats stop at. Resort has many shops to check out. The snack bar had some good food always ready. Just be aware when they promote vip breakfast or something special that is related to a "Presentation for 1.5 hours.

The staff is kind, attentive and professional. Everyone is accommodating to your needs and friendly.
