The hotel is well located, food is good, variety of restaurants, the partys are good although it should include more latin music skip that electronic crap. The nightclub is separate you have to pay entrance.

El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado. Instalaciones, servicios, personal, comida… todo de primera. Mi resort favorito hasta el momento. Todo estuvo excelentemente excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%

The staff at the reception was not friendly and did not know how to solve the inconveniences. Some of the waiters were very nice. The daily cleaning of the room was very late. In the swim-up bar the water was very cloudy, it always seemed dirty. Supposedly I had a hotel credit that I could never make cash because no one knew how I could do it

Overall it was an okay stay overall . Overpriced for some of the things to do in the hotel . Place looked a little deserted but very clean. Food wasn’t all that for most of the restaurants , also no dinner buffet or food from the home land which was a little odd. Maybe we came in a slow season but i probably won’t be staying there again . The staff was VERY GREAT and helpful probably the best part of the hotel .

Très déçue du Riu Palace Bávaro. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, la qualité et le service sont très ordinaires. Le supplément Elite Club ne vaut pas le prix payé (piscine privée sale, parasol brisé, chambre non nettoyée une journée, plats commandés jamais reçus). Plusieurs problèmes sont restés non résolus pendant notre séjour, avec peu d’aide du personnel. Mon allergie au poisson, signalée à l’avance et répétée au restaurant, n’a pas été respectée. On paie très cher pour des services qui ne sont pas à la hauteur. Aucune aide reçu d’Expedia après plusieurs courriels et explications des problème aucun dédommagement reçu pensez à réservé ailleurs il y a beaucoup mieux.
