Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home throughout our visit. We had a very nice stay. The food was terrific. We upgraded to platinum and it was worth it. The massive amount of seaweed sucked but the rest of the beach was very nice. Vendors can be annoying Cappuccino coffee shop doesn't open until 8, we like our coffee earlier Housekeeping did a good job. Perez at the beach was great. Diana the hostess was wonderful Wilbel the waiter at foccacia and Chopin was great. We will recommend and return

Room was VERY comfortable and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning or evening. Walking through the grounds is a real pleasure. And if you don’t want to walk, there an excellent ‘train’ service that circulates around tne resort. Facilities, service and food all recommended.

The property was very nice the transportation was very convenient the food was okay For the main buffet most things like seafood sushi’s things like that was by reservation and most of the time it was book the excursions with the party boat felt very ghetto stepping into mountains of seaweed was not my thang at all and there was a nearby dock seems like they work together with the natives but after I got over the seaweeds I had fun I feel like the prices in American dollars was outrageous but the property was nice and the ATV was so fun overall it was nice but I will not visit again.

The best way to rate our stay at this hotel is magnificent, excellent. Micho characterizes the customer service of the workers is great always focused on the quality of service and on pleasing the guests, only to note that the hotel although maintenance does its best to maintain the beauty of the place over the years required investments in pool maintenance (for example, lozas are falling in many places, at the buffet food with great quality and variety but very dangerous slippery floors and food preservation refrigerators in the area of...). In front of the public they leave much to be desired, in the rooms the Housekeeping girls are great and do a very good job. In general I plan to return next year and bring with me more family members so that they can enjoy this wonderful hotel although I would like to see improvements in the infrastructure.

Nice property but it is very big and the trolly doesn’t run often enough. The room was nice but tons of mosquitoes and there was blood and smeared mosquitoes in several places. The food was very good but I mainly only ate at à la carte restaurants and the platinum restaurants (the one meal I had at the sports bar was basic). Also, the treatment you get in the platinum areas is far better than the rest of the resort. I would say that if you’re not purchasing platinum, it may not be worth it at Princess. It makes a huge difference.

The bungalow was really nice just be sure to bring insect spray because the mosquitoes ate me up. The food was underwhelming but the breakfast buffet was pretty good. The restaurant Wasabi was the best. Food, service and drinks10/10. Drinks on the resort were ok I’m just not a fan of whatever the tequila was they use. I would say DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT pay for any excursions from the ppl on the resort or beach. We booked the buggy/ATV and zip line. Driver was late but we really enjoyed the buggy’s minus the fact they make stops for you to buy things from vendors. We didn’t get to zip line because they were closed at both locations. We had dinner reservations and couldn’t wait any longer. We asked for our money back and they told us no it was our problem we didn’t want to continue to wait. We had already been out there for 6 HOURS so we were tired, dirty and hungry. Overall my experience is a 5/10. I wouldn’t book again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this resort, and I’m so happy we chose it for our trip. Traveling with my child can sometimes come with a few extra considerations, but from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The entire experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with so many great memories that we will cherish. The resort itself was beautiful and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Our room was comfortable and gave us the perfect place to relax after spending the day enjoying everything the resort had to offer. We especially appreciated how peaceful and family-friendly the environment was. One of the best parts of our stay was being able to spend quality time together without having to worry about the little things. There was something enjoyable for both of us, and my child had a fantastic time. Seeing my child so happy and excited throughout the stay made the trip even more special for me. It was wonderful to have a place where we could relax, have fun, and simply enjoy being together. The staff also deserve a special mention. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness really made a difference. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, we felt like the staff genuinely wanted to help. That level of hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation.

If you are scared of cockroaches like me or have a sensitive stomach, PLEASE dont go to this resort and most surrounding resorts. They have done a beautiful job of containing the problem and keeping everything clean but still you'll spot cockroaches. Nothing bad will happen to you, keep most your stuff In your suitcase and keep it all zipped. Food is better during lunch than dinner. Make dinner rezos at resturants. Eat hot food and the chances of getting sick are minimal. I didnt get sick. Staff is wonderful. Resort is gorgeous. Theres a 24/7 bar which is fantastic. Decent entertainment and clubs nearby. Enjoy!!

Visited for a week with our 5 adult children. We had 4 bungalow rooms which were spacious with a sitting area, balcony and large bathroom with tub and separate shower. The beds were comfortable. Our rooms were right next to the eco park area where there is a selection of wildlife including peacocks, ducks, herons, turtles, rabbits etc. I liked this location because it was mid way from the front area and the beach/main pool area. We enjoyed the walk to both areas and the grounds are kept in great shape. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit including the concierge and Carlos at Nexus Tours. We ate at nearly all of the a la carte restaurants and generally the food was great. The dinner reservation system was a pain and only allowed reservations to be made between certain hours the day before. Fortunately the concierge was a great help getting reservations for 7. The steak house was okay but my son ordered the tomahawk steak for an additional $85 and it was definitely not worth the extra charge - sliced up and over cooked. We bought 3 excursions through the hotel - buggy rides, snorkelling cruise and Eco Park. All the excursions were fun and pick up from the hotel lobby. We also bought a Coco Bongo excursion through Expedia which was also a great experience. Archery, snorkelling and pilates classes were not available on site.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The property was beautiful, the amenities were great, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we truly enjoyed our vacation. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing experiences. After eating a burger from the 24/7 restaurant, I became very ill with what seemed to be food poisoning and experienced flu-like symptoms. We also booked round-trip airport transportation through WB Punta Cana Team (Talixo). The ride from the airport to the resort was smooth, but our return transportation never showed up. Despite multiple calls and messages, we didn’t receive a response for nearly an hour and had to take another taxi to avoid missing our flight, which cost us $30. When I later asked about reimbursement, I was only offered $20. The resort itself was excellent, and the staff made our stay memorable. However, the experience with WB Punta Cana Team (Talixo) was unacceptable and unprofessional, and I would not use their transportation service again
