Amazing customer service from great staff like Ramon, Jesus, and plenty of others. A couple members had a little bit of attitude or a lack of willingness to help but majority were excellent; especially Ramon and Jesus. Bathrooms need to have better upkeep or renovation but other than that I can’t complain. Great stay and would come back again, lot of variety for shows, food, and things to do

Good hotel with friendly staff. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The only issue was that I reported a TV that wasn’t working, but it was never fixed during my stay. Other than that, everything was good. I would rate it 8/10.

The room was dingy and smelled like moisture, the à/c was on and off so the room wasn’t always cool, especially at night. The pillows smelled of mold. There was no à/c at the restaurants. Imagine a hibachi restaurant with no à/c or fan. Staff were great, food was good but some of us did catch a really bad stomach bug that took forever to get over. They were very cheap with the towels and said we can only have one towel per person, ridiculous. The housekeeper was very nasty and cheap with the room amenities. Only good spot was the Sports Bar. Food was freshly made and great service. Other than this is not a 5 star resort. More like 3 1/2 stars at best.

We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff addressed it quickly. Thank you to Nina for helping us feel comfortable! Everyone was warm and welcoming, and the view, pool, and food were all top-notch & the beach and views whoa breathtaking. The activities at the resort as well Cocobongo is nearby and the conuco tour and buggies you can book directly with the hotel at a cheap price!!! Boat party and isla Saona tours never a dull moment here with the animation team and nigh actives karaoke and shows!!! What a blast! My only suggestion would be to make restaurants reservations a little easier to book. It may have just been a busy weekend, which I can understand the resort offers great service and accommodations at a reasonable price. **A big shout-out to Francisco, Cepin, and Uiber for their incredible customer service. They were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you as well to Robynson at reception for suggesting that we upgrade to Platinum during our stay. We’re so glad we did 😍 the VIP service was absolutely worth it. Five stars!**

The location was beautiful, natural, cozy, and clean. Unfortunately, the service staff was very unfriendly. I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but we constantly felt that most employees (not all) were bothered by serving us or unhappy with their jobs. We couldn't enjoy the beach because of too much sargassum, but the resort did a good job trying to clean it.
