old kinsa historic. ok for one night if you dont mind
I was there for two nights. It’s certainly inexpensive enough, so I guess you get what you pay for. The place needs a lot of updating. The location was great for what I wanted to do. But if you are looking for any sort shopping or night life in the area, there is nothing there. Also I was there during ...
For a two star property this place was a real gem at an incredible price. Sure it is an older construction with thinner walls but the property was maintained, the rooms weren't cramped and most importantly the mattress and pillows were good quality. I got a good night's sleep at a great price for ...
Very nice hotel. The location is great! Close to turist attractions. The coffee in the cafeteria of the hotel 24 hours a day a very nice addition as well as microwave. We had a great time here
I very much like old but well-preserved hotels and this hotel is very attractive. Staff was generally very helpful and friendly, with minor exceptions. I appreciated getting a room in the historic wing. Furniture throughout the hotel, including my room was very nice, old, and in excellent condition. ...
LOVED my stay here! Such a charming historic property - a beautiful lobby with a roaring fire, antique furniture in the rooms, and charming and welcoming management. Beautiful scenic location on 395, felt like a trip back in time. Will definitely stay here again!
Perfect we will go back Amazing view Clean good bed
Easy drive to Hearst Castle. Complimentary breakfast was very complete.
Super charming property at a very reasonable rate. They do lots of little things that most places don't, which puts it above the competition.
Very close to shopping center and restaurants on Blossom Hill. Very pleasant staff. Quiet rooms. WiFi worked nicely. Overall an enjoyable stay.
Staff was great and accommodating. Room was warm, comfortable and well decorated with antiques. A couple of bath towels would’ve been nice, luckily I brought my own.
Great location. Enjoyed the cattleman’s lounge. Nice atmosphere
Excellent hotel. Courteous, friendly staff, terrific oceanfront room Five stars!!
The staff was great. We liked the restaurant downstairs. The room was somewhat outdated.
The uniqueness was it had a restaurant. It used to be a holiday inn. Very spacious rooms. 4 miles away from hearst castle and cambria is near by.
Clean, antique furniture was unique. Had a bit of a musty smell, probably due to the building being built in the late 1800's.
Interesting property with a cool history. The beds were decent but it was a little chilly in our room because the heater did not go beyond a certain temperature.
very quaint historical building oozing with charm. Numerous rooms from which to choose. Some with fireplaces, some with view of the ocean, some are cottages. friendly staff. Best scones we’ve ever had for breakfast, right out of the oven. Close to water. We will be back!
