It’s noisey if you’re downstairs, windows are too close to the parking lot. Not much privacy. Overall, staff and guest services good. Property okay. A bit outdated.

Very conveniently located for those visiting Hearst Castle. It was very hot this time of year and the hotel does not have AC. It was nice to have a ceiling fan and an extra little rotating fan to help circulate the air. We had bf at Big Sur Diner. They were great at making a fast breakfast for us so we wouldn't miss our appointment.
