Chose the hotel _merely_ on the basis of available EV charging. Everything else was good, too - room and bathrooms were very nice.

Everything about the stay was pretty good. Clean room, was able to check in early. Great amenities. Only thing was, the front staff (Randie) wasn’t the nicest person.

Room was clean and i understand the workers were understaffed (2 workers working check-in and simultaneously working at their small grocery shop) which caused a bit of a wait. Very nice hotel with a charming lobby, well-appointed rooms, and a good breakfast. The only negative was that the morning we were leaving there was no hot water for the shower. Other than that, it was a great place to spend the night in Barstow, and close to many places to eat.

The property is located just outside of Monterey. It has a water view and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is located right by the freeway which gives easy access to any needed amenities. Bed was very comfortable, cleanliness was good. Continental breakfast was really disappointing: although there was a sign that the Corona virus required nothing but pre-wrapped items. Don't bother with the Italian restaurant next door. Prices were high and the food was mediocre at best.

So clean I didn’t like not being able to enter the door closest to my room. Had to walk into lobby and all the way down the hallway. I have walking issues. Everything else was great.

Clean, easy check in/check out, good location. Stayed for one night passing through Bakersfield. This is the place to stay.

We loved our stay at Tenaya Lodge! The lodge is beautiful and feels very homey, and the grounds are beautiful! The rooms are comfortable and very clean! Another huge plus - the lodge is really close to the entrance to Yosemite. We would definitely stay again!
