“todo perfecto menos el baño, unos restos de moho en las paredes de la bañera!”

“I rarely write reviews about holiday stays but had to do so for our three night stay at Grange Manor. The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight. No noisy dining room nor rush to have table cleared away. All was at our pace which was what we wanted. “Beautiful property out of the bustle of nearby Ambleside or Hawkshead. Lovingly cared for and staffed. Gorgeous views, delicious breakfast and dinner, and a hot shower. Hikes out the door. 5 minute walk to Beatrix Potter's home at Hill Top. We hope to return.”

“Our room was spacious and it was quiet after dinner hours. The hosts were exceptionally generous and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful room. Great place to stay in the Lake District!”

“Lovely room, we were given a free upgrade which was amazing, very quaint, cosy room. Staff were attentive and charming. Lovely breakfast, very well cooked and presented. Great place to stay, we will be back. ”

“Great location but very expensive for a basic hotel with no breakfast included. Lovely people but overpriced ”
