The spa facilities are not finished yet but what they have is still enough to enjoy this hotel,good place to stay for a few days and if you get the jacuzzi room well that’s lovely.

We stayed for a night and got upgraded to the room with hot tub which was very enjoyable! Even though the outdoor spa was closed for refurbishment the indoor spa was comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly especially Michelle at the front desk who checked us in ! We hope to visit again in the future

The staff were fantastic and despite being warned about building work we needn’t have worried. The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The spa was especially nice. We were warned it would get busy by the very helpful member of staff but even when busy it was ok. We had a really lovely little break with great views of the lake. All in all worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Very welcoming reception area and tentative staff with amazing views across the lake. Great food and choice at the bar makes for a perfect stay just a short bus ride from the hussle of the town

Stays there with my girlfriend for my first year anniversary, that staff were absolutely amazing super happy to help with anything we inquired, the room and bathroom were spotless and towels and robe were fresh, the breakfast was amazing and bar had loads of variety of drinks and cocktails

Reception staff were very helpful and polite, hotel bar and lounge area were beautiful with amazing views over lake. Spa and pool area were spotless , room was spacious and clean with added bonus of hot tub on patio. Overall excellent stay, would return & recommend.
