“Al momento de hacer el check in nos informan que debemos pagar una tarifa de 35 dólares por el uso del estacionamiento, que según la información proporcionada por hoteles.com estaba disponible sin informar ni en la web ni en el mail de confirmación que tenía costo extra. Al mencionar esto y solicitar que no se cobre, el personal de la recepción nos comunicó que ese era un problema de hoteles.com, que el hotel no tenían responsabilidad y que no podían hacer nada, Que teníamos que pagar si o si....
