Room with floor to ceiling windows and view of the falls was great, check in was a little cold at reception, I think they were upset we booked through Expedia. She told us that we could not have housekeeping because of Covid but the next morning we had passed housekeeping and asked for a couple items that we needed replenished and she said she could absolutely clean our room and it was on her list. When I told her on check in they told us we were could not have housekeeping, she looked at me very strange. Other than that hotel was great!

The view was incredible and exactly what we wanted. We would get two rooms for 6 of us next time, as the pull out couch was not comfortable for my 16 year old son, and my daughter slept on the chairs. I thought the room was a suite with 3 beds but my mistake.

Staff and their customer service is very disappointing. First we got our room keys 1hr late, just because they were not done with cleaning yet. Check in time is 3pm and I got key at 4pm. I just had to wait in lobby for hr. Secondly, I booked through expedia and got the room and specifically added breakfast for 2. But they say you don’t have breakfast. I showed the receipt from expedia which clearly says but she was like no I don’t have it. After wasting 30 minutes and 2-3 times asking her “ghost manager “ she says you can go for breakfast I’ll call the restaurant, like she’s doing a favour for me. No girl you’re giving me what I paid for after making me wait for 30 minutes like I’m a fraud which is totally insulting and unacceptable. I asked her 3 times to call her manager but her manager didn’t came out and talked with me. Hotel is very nice but we’re not spending money for this awful customer service.
