The room was more updated than great wolf in Sandusky. Generally touched areas could be more sanitized. The experience that stood out to us was the unfriendly nature of the environment. If you of black descent. Spend your vacation somewhere else. Niagara Falls in Canada appears not to be very welcoming to minorities.

Our family of 4 enjoyed Great Wolf Lodge. We arrived early to enjoy the amenities. Check in was easy and staff were able to assist with any questions we had. The room we had was very spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed the activities in the lobby. There were different places to eat inside the Great Wolf Lodge, if you don’t want to leave the property, but at a cost. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will be going back again.

We drove 7 hours from Montreal with our two kids, arriving exhausted while the kids were buzzing with excitement for the waterpark. Check-in itself was fine, though our room was a very long walk from the lobby — fair enough, it's a big resort. The problem: none of our wristbands opened the room door. Rather than drag two tired kids and all our luggage back, my wife stayed at the door with the kids while I walked all the way back to the front desk alone. The staff member simply swapped the wristbands — no apology, not even a simple "sorry," as if non-working wristbands were perfectly normal. We ended up waiting in the hallway with our luggage for about half an hour, instead of heading to the waterpark like the kids had been dreaming about the whole drive. To be fair, the kids' activities afterwards were rich and well run, and the children did have fun. But first impressions matter, and ours was really poor. Test the wristbands at check-in — it'll save the next family a bad start.

We have not one complaint ! This place is the Canadian Disney land in our opinion .. our kids were 5 and 6 and they had the best time ! I recommend this place for all families ! Thank you for a lovely stay ! We will be back ! The staff was really nice and so friendly ! Keep it up !

Great Hotel. Great staff. We had a good time there. Price for Food is Good. Good Variety. But Sorry but the coffee was horrible. We also had a Crack in the sink and female hair on the bathroom wall when we got there. It was very cold in the waterpark.

Fantastic experience. Was here for my birthday along with my wife and 2 young children. The place is cozy clean and close to Niagara Falls but far enough to feel like a getaway. Water park is great, with a lot of attractions for adults and kids. They also have quite a few kids activities including dance parties, arcade, story time and treasure hunts. The food is alright but a little pricey. You have the option to buy a daily pass that covers food (all inclusive). There are also a bunch of stores which only accept cards (no cash), so be mindful of this. All in all, extremely satisfied and we can’t wait to come back again.

I love my stay here. I booked the superior room for our family trip. My room was very clean. The staff was help and nice. I love their buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. The Wi-fi was weak in some areas. In my room it worked. It was nice trip.

While the resort looks great and we had fun at the water park, a few issues impacted our visit. We noticed flies in our room upon check-in, likely from food left behind prior to our arrival. Later, when trying to shower after the water park, the water in the women's and family changing rooms was dangerously hot and unable to be adjusted. Given the cost of our visit, we hoped for a somewhat better experience.

We had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge! The whole experience was fun, clean, and family-friendly. There were so many activities for kids, and everything was well organized. We especially loved the water park and the atmosphere. Definitely a great place for a family getaway, and we would happily come back again!

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights same as last year for our kids’ birthdays! As always staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained. Only comment is they always give us a room that is so far away from the waterpark which is quite a walk but it is a minor thing so all good!

Our room was very spacious and clean. The family had a fantastic time at the water park riding the slides and battling the waves in the wave pool. So much fun! Staff were on alert at all times ensuring everyone’s safety in the water or on the rides. Entertainment continued on with magic wands and completing the challenges in order to solve the puzzles. Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: -Nice room with lots of sleeping options. -Tons of fun things to do for the kiddos. -Lots of parking. -Cabana service is quick and efficient if you rent one. -all day waterpark use! -quick check in and assigned room really quickly as well -very responsive via text when I had questions/needs -very friendly staff Cons: -Beds in the more recently renovated rooms were so darn hard; we got the older room months ago when we came and no issues with the beds then -Any food place (aside from the coffee shop) I went to was the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Bear claw cafe one person serving and making one milk shake at a time, standing and staring at it while it blends makes for about 20 minutes in line being second in line. Buckets one person literally deep frying three chicken fingers at a time. Pizza place, one person taking orders and only one person making the food. For such a large place there were big line ups due to lack of efficiency/staff. -almost all amenities in room(shampoo,body wash, etc.) were empty when we got our room. Some of the towels were also frayed at the bottom(usable and no big deal but it’s a really expensive night out) -arcade prizes require way too many tickets for the value and cost of games(very similar across many of the Niagara arcades I’m sure) -no more microwaves in the rooms and one floor didn’t even have the “communal microwave” area. Overall, we had a nice time but did expect more for the cost.
