The staff is always very helpful. Our room is always clean and the property easier to navigate through and enjoy. It's the best place to stay to see Niagara Falls. We always stay in the King Superior room over looking the Falls. We've stayed there multiple times and can't wait to go back

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Check in went smoothly. We went to bar for drinks and were served by friendly staff. That evening went to the spa for the oasis hydrotherapy experience, which was wonderful! In the morning we had the Breakfast buffet which had a variety of tasty fresh foods! We enjoyed our night away. We will be back!

Spa was amazing!! Hotel is gorgeous and our king room had a beautiful view of both Falls..with a whirlpool tub we didn’t even know was included. Very pleased and highly recommend!
