Great location near falls. Very helpful staff at information desk. The only drawback was that the room was very warm even with the air conditioner turned up and I had to travel to four separate floors to find a working ice machine. Lots of great amenities including some live music in the lounge. We were on the 10th floor with an amazing view of the falls and fireworks aft night

Amazing hotel with a great view of the falls. There is no attached parking and you must pay $70 per night valet or walk 10m to get your car. Picking up and dropping off luggage was a pain.

Spectacular view of the Horseshoe falls if you are staying in a room with a fall view. During our down time we just sat in our room staring at the falls because it's mesmerizing. Waking up to that view is just blissful. The room is comfortable and clean. The Niagra Incline Railway and the Top of the Falls Restaurant is close by. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill. So, if you want to be closer to all of that, note that it's quite a walk to that area.
