Absoultely fantastic hotel. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are wonderful, the beds super comfortable, and who doesn't like breakfast in bed!! This is our hotel of choice in Niagara Falls.

We had such a wonderful trip, the room was massive, very clean. The coziest bed I’ve ever slept in. The staff was friendly and quick to help with any requests. A wonderful place to spend our anniversary, we will definitely return.

We had such a lovely stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa! We loved the thoughtful little touches, especially being greeted with “Happy Anniversary” as soon as we checked in and the breakfast in bed. It’s the little details that made our stay feel extra special. Such a relaxing and memorable experience, we’d definitely come back!

The Sterling Inn and spa is by far the best option for a Niagara Falls stay! Second to none! Staff always friendly common area's and rooms always super clean and odor free. Walking distance to many amenities featuring sight restaurant among the best in the province. Always our first choice!

The room was exceptional, location is ideal and staff are wonderful. The building is still in a renovation phase, but it does not negatively impact your stay at all. The jetted tubs are a nice touch, bed was comfy, fireplace takes it up a notch. The breakfast in bed included in the stay is yummy.

Great hotel and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Falls. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit hard for my comfort, but overall it was a good place to stay.
