“Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast”

“Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Over night car park charge of £16. Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends. Would happily stay again.”

“Rooms in The Manor are tired and in need of decorating. Bathrooms look fairly new which is great but the actual bedrooms at usually £148 a night are in dire need of updating. We had no hot water for the first night as there was a problem with the boiler. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, but I feel they hear a lot of the same complaints most of the time. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The shuttle service was great too but the car parking charges are excessive!! Drinks at the bar...

“La limpieza del baño, aunque las instalaciones tenían fugas ruidos e inestabilidad en el WC. Cuenta con escritorio y mesa, sin embargo ni una silla, solitr una y nunca llego, en cuanto al idioma, no se esfuerzan ni un ápice para darte un mejor servicio, en la nueva tecnologia, hay traductores que les pueden ayudar para dar un mejor servicio,”

“De los mejores hoteles para hospedarte”

“Cool”

“Good breakfast and helpful staff”

“Enjoyable stay”

“There was nothing unique in the hotel. I will nver stay at any other Leonardo Hotel. This is a 3 star hotel, far from being in line with what I paid for 2 nights. I am VERY dissapointed. ”
