"The staff were wonderful which is the sole reason I did not complain in person. - I found the expectations of the resort odd and out of place when paying this much for a room. Having to take out your own garbage and do your dishes to avoid a cleaning fee is insane to me. Bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were clearly very cheap & flat. As much as I tried (although I acknowledge I didn’t ask for assistance) the wifi would not work. It is very nice that you can get a day pass on the day...
