Rooms, kitchen, coffee machine and fridge were in excellent condition & were extremely clean, neat and tidy. Massive amount of restaurants & bars surrounding the hotel as well as grocery stores. Staff were very fast, helpful & informative. Would definitely stay here again. 2 minute walk to the beach & tram which can access most of the Gold Coast & V8 Supercars racetrack.

Mitch and his staff always go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need for our stay. Customer Service is everything to my family and it's always a beautiful stay at the Hilton. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the location is central to everything you need whilst staying at Surfers Paradise. Mitch is the main reason we always choose the Hilton. He treats everyone with the utmost respect and care.

We liked the room, an despite the noise from the streets etc we slept soundly. The Breakfast room was very busy, queues to get a table, and difficult to move about because of the congestion. Perhaps an area for adults only would help as there were a lot of children running around. We did not find it very pleasant to eat. However, the choice of food was excellent.

Location was central and convenient to everything in Surfer's Paradise. No need to use the car, could walk to eateries for brekky, lunch and dinner. Some staff were friendly and helpful. We paid for a room with city view and what we got was the back of buildings and looking directly at the swimming pool. Room wasn't serviced for then 3 days we stayed. We had to ask for toilet papers as we'd run out and some clean towels. We still haven't received our Security Deposit which was to be reimbursed once checked out as we were told by staff.

Hilton is the best place I visited in Gold coast so far. The location is amazing and the cleanliness of the property is spotless. In addition the staff are so friendly,welcoming and helpful. I loved the Hilton and will definitely come back soon .

This is a spectacular location with attentive staff and accessible and useful amenities. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, dozens of restaurants and shops, and to the train which provides access to a lot of other locations nearby. Highly recommend this place and would stay again if/when we return.
