This is a spectacular location with attentive staff and accessible and useful amenities. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, dozens of restaurants and shops, and to the train which provides access to a lot of other locations nearby. Highly recommend this place and would stay again if/when we return.

The staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful and kind and dealt with all the issues we had swiftly and professionally. We can not emphasize enough how great the staff were. We had quite a few issues during our stay, wifi not working, batteries in the remote running out, windows that didn't seal so they whistled all night. Facilities around the pool are limited and the vending machine for the towels is a very strange addition for a high end hotel. The hotel definitely lacks the finishes expected of a Hilton. Moldy shower glass, broken tiles in the bathroom. We had a kitchen and the equipment (pans in particular) supplied was very old and damaged. We wont be staying there again on our return due to the above. Which is a shame as we loved the staff.
