Good location, parking available onsite underneath hotel, but you need to go upstairs to lobby and then take lift to your room. Bit of a pain when travelling with a lot of luggage, but there were staff to help with bags which I really appreciated.

We had such a great stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation all just steps away. It made exploring the Gold Coast so easy and convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved having a beautiful view from the room. The staff were also so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed having everything we needed right around us, while still having a comfortable place to come back to after a long day out. Would definitely stay here again on our next Gold Coast trip! 🌴🌊✨

Check in staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is undergoing some renovations, but well managed. Our room had a nice view over the beach and everything worked. Only comment is water pressure is low in the shower and basin.
