Lovely place to stay for a walk along the beach. Loads of great restaurants and coffee shops a stone's throw away. In the heart of Broadbeach but rooms are so quiet and well presented. Definitely my new go-to place to stay on the Gold Coast

The staff were wonderful which is the sole reason I did not complain in person. - I found the expectations of the resort odd and out of place when paying this much for a room. Having to take out your own garbage and do your dishes to avoid a cleaning fee is insane to me. Bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were clearly very cheap & flat. As much as I tried (although I acknowledge I didn’t ask for assistance) the wifi would not work. It is very nice that you can get a day pass on the day you check out though.

Great location at Broadbeach

This is our 4th or 5th stay at The Phoenician and won’t be our last. We were in room 2714 which is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. This was our second time in this apartment and hopefully we can stay in this apartment again. It’s clean, quiet (a little bit of road noise and noise from the bars and cafes downstairs but not enough to keep us awake) and it’s in a great location. The staff at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments are very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying again.

It was very convenient to all the restaurants, supermarket and beach. It was a very central location so a bit noisy for us in the evenings as a family but the apartment was spacious, pools were clean and overall a lovely stay.

Great holiday apartment for a family

Great stay in the Broadbeach Holiday Apartments. We stayed for two nights in a big apartment on the 9th floor. Plenty of space, tidy rooms and friendly staff. Wonderful location near everything. I recommend and would come again.
