I had the most amazing stay at the Dorsett for my birthday. The executive rooms are amazing, as was the canapés in the evening and the wonderful staff who made my stay special. You have access to the facilities at the Star as well.

The staff were all wonderful, the room was clean and lovely, great buffet breakfast! Also, they were willing to be flexible when I extended my stay by keeping me in the same room, at my request. From housekeeping to front desk, bar staff, customer service, all were amazing. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities very much. Housekeeping told me (over time, and repeated questioning) that they were treated well compared with experiences with other similar level hotels (no names mentioned). 5 stars!

Beautiful hotel! Came here as part of our honeymoon and it was just fabulous. We had a beautiful view of the hinterlands and it was just stunning at sunset. The room was very clean and well equipped and the bathroom was really lovely. The only tinyyy issues were the shower temp was a little temperamental here and there and the lights were a little confusing at first but really that was all. The pool area was lovely and the bars were great and well priced. I’d absolutely recommend a stay here, it’s fantastic!
