Staff were corteous. The theater is a very nice add on. The kids enjoyed that a lot. Good location. During our 9 day stay, they only came once to clean and we had to ask them to vacuum because they said they usually don't do it. Kitchinery is too basic, knives are very few and don't cut. No essentials like salt, pepper, paper towels, etc.
