The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I plan to add this hotel to my list of places to stay.

I’m disappointed because I saw this was a VIP expedia property but nothing about the experience reflected that. They seemed confused when I mentioned my gold expedia status. The hotel smelt like cigarette smoke despite no smoking policy (I even notified the building and it didnt help). The room + pool was small and underwhelming. The front desk worker was really nice though and stored our luggage after leaving which I really appreciated!

Great location for walking to most areas like Rainey Street and 6th street. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Clean room, nice pool, very safe.
