Booked this place because of the great reviews and price, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The parking lot didn’t have visible security, but it was well lit, and the parking spaces were wide enough that cars weren’t packed together, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’ll definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips.

We came in earlier than expected and within 15 minutes we had our room with no additional charge. The room was very nice and clean! Came for UT orientation. Easy access off Hwy 35 and straight shot to campus. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. Room was cleaned and property was well maintained. Only down fall the bed was a little too firm for my taste. But that is my opinion. Will stay here again to visit.

Staff was very kind and understanding, however I canceled my stay upon arrival. Hotel was not as well maintained as photos, but mainly because there was a male hotel guest who was being creepy towards me in the parking lot that made me uncomfortable to leave my car and sleep here as a female solo traveler.
