The room was clean, the staff were great, and breakfast was good.

the room was in terrible condition, we originally booked 2 rooms, the "bigger" room smelled horrible and we found vermin, the balcony was creaky, do not recommend staying there! the condition of the second room was not any better, we did not make it through the night and had to find another place to stay last minute

The staff was mostly indifferent. Thanks to Oakland’s amazing crime rate, the chances of your car being vandalized in the hotels parking lot, that costed $30/night to park, was highly probable.

The room was dated, the AC leaked, the light switch placement as terrible. The bed was not comfortable whatsoever. The price of the room did not reflect the amenities and general value for the stay.
