My family and I stayed here and it was such a great experience. The staff were very attentive and always willing to serve. The room was very clean and it was as we expected in general. The hotel is close to the Pier 39 and one block away drop the cable car. We were will definitively stay here again.

Great location near fisherman’s wharf. We got there earlier than check in so they took care of our bags while we explored the city. Room was clean and comfortable. No kitchen/breakfast on site but the water station with lots of flavors was a nice touch. The kids enjoyed the sorbet tasting on Tuesday afternoon. The valet let us park our rented e-bikes in the garage since he said not to leave them unattended even locked in the neighborhood. We enjoyed this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Our room was ready upon arrival so we got to check in early. Room layout was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free water and coffee/tea in the mornings. The location is prime. Walking distance to most attractions. Cable car and bus line very close too.

Great location to base yourself for a few nights. We were there with 2 kids aged 9 and 13 and felt the location was great for walking to all areas and city center when we felt energetic! Felt safe walking around in day or early hours of darkness.

Amazing hotel experience!! The room and hotel were extremely clean . The location was perfect. We could easily walk to most locations that we visited. And the others were eaisly accessible by public transport or a short uber ride. The frint desk and concierge were extremely helpful and pleasant. The infused water and lical experiences that they provided each day were amazing. My kids 12& 14 loved the deck with ping pong and other games as well as the board games in the upper lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book for our next trip to San Francisco

Great location for all the best trips, Alcatraz, Golden Gate, Movie tour (a must) and Fisherman’s Wharf at a fair and reasonable price with lovely comfortable rooms and loved the free coffee in the morning. The free activities provided by the Hotel are great too and Deborah and Michael excelled with their enthusiasm for the area and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at.
