One complementary drink per person, which was great! The person who took our drink order at the bar/restaurant wasn’t the friendliest, but my drink came out good. Lobby was clean and modern. The carpets could use some cleaning. Great location.

El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones muy espaciosas y en muy buen estado, el personal muy amable, solo no se porque mi tarjeta no pasaba eso me quitó tiempo resolviendo. Adicional lo único malo fue que 2 noches nos tocó ruido desde las 5 de la mañana de afuera donde nos tocaron las habitaciones.

Pretty bland property - nothing remarkable except that you had to hike up the steepest hill in SFO to get there if you arrive on Bart which I did. The room decor was brown and unremarkable - no art and no color. They gave a free drink ticket in the bar which I did not want but charged $4 for a can of coke. The staff were okay - not very welcoming -

The view was great. The room was clean. The service staff (front desk) was terrible. BEWARE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THIS HOTEL. I had to call for my itemized bill four days after checkout. I noticed the charged amount was higher than the Expedia amount and when I got the bill, there were two restaurant charges on two separate days. SF is a foodie city—why would I want to eat in the HOTEL restaurant?! I didn’t eat there at all and when I called to find out what happened, I spoke with Peter who put me on hold for 17 of 20 minutes before I hung up. I called back and was connected to his voicemail. Called back a third time and spoke with Ashley who apologized and gave me the Assistant GM’s info. There was no apology from Peter for THEIR ERROR. Yeah, I got my money back but when you give your cc for incidentals and the hotel allows for THEFT by anyone walking into their restaurant or bar and charging a room without verifying guest identity, then they leave their guests and their financials exposed. This has never happened to me in all my years of domestic or international travel.
