The staff were beyond helpful - if you need any excursion, vehicle transfer, restaurant recommendations, they are more than happy to help. The hotel was clean and the rooftop was very enjoyable. Highly recommend El Carmen

Pequeños inconvenientes al usar el sauna y spa, tuve que pedir cambio de toalla que se la tuve que pedir a un adolescente la había agarrado y la estaba usando, personas sin traje de baño usando el jacuzzi en ropa interior o pantaloneta. Los baños del spa se mantenían sucios por la cantidad de personas presentes por el finde largo. El primer día esperamos 1hr para que hubieran toallas disponibles.

Friendly staff. I had room 110 at the end of the hall and it was next to a generator so it made a lot of noise through out the day. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.
