I stayed in the king bed suite with jacuzzi and it was nice, simple and fairly spacious. The staff was amazing and respectful, the breakfast was good, and the atmosphere is relaxing inside. The location of this hotel is really good! You are within walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and sites. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here in Antigua at Casa Bella!

I had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodatingā€”they even let us check out two hours late, which we really appreciated. They were attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was clean, had a super comfortable bed, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. The location is also greatā€”close to everything! Iā€™d love to come back and stay here again.

Could not ask for better service. The room was as advertised, was quite comfortable, and the jacuzzi worked great. The location is ideal for sightseeing and eating out. Included breakfast choices were delicious and quite adequate. Excellent notifications via WhatsApp. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was limited but tasty. The walls are thin so you hear things in the hallways and I assume they hear us. The property is simple and modern. I wished it had a cute courtyard like many of the hotels in Antigua. Overall the hotel had what we needed and was within close distance to everything .

Hotel casa bella was an excellent stay. Elvis was a phenomenal host! The cleaning staff ensured the room was cleaned well daily. This hotel is in a dated building but the decor allows a modern feel. Would definitely stay again.

The front entrance doors were always locked, so I had to call to get let inside the hotel. The jacuzzi tub was full of water, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The only thing I liked was the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel
