Very nice place, clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff . Restaurant on site was good if not a bit pricey but that’s expected. The layout of the hotel allows for a good sleep . Staff was very friendly and accommodating , location is great as it’s a few min away from the main streets but close enough for a quick walk .

Everything was great. However, I think there are just two things that could use some improvement. First, the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control; I nearly scalded myself with the hot water. Second, when I ordered food at the bar in the afternoon (I had the sushi), the dish looked nothing like the photo, and the rice was undercooked—it was quite unappetizing. That said, if I travel to this area again in the future, I would certainly stay here once more. The service was excellent, and the staff members were very friendly.

Beautiful and spacious hotel in Antigua Guatemala with amazing views of the volcanoes. The staff are excellent people—very kind and welcoming. The only recommendation I have is to offer taxi services, as they don’t have them. Other than that, an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!”

Nice Hotel. Room was clean. The room needs to be maintained better (bathroom door needs painting) the faucet in the bathroom needs to improved. I felt they have too many rules. Like you can't bring any type of food or drink from outside. They only give 1 towel for the pool and they charge you for another one. The breakfast was great and good service.
