The hotel is one of our favorites in Guatemala. It has really good food, pool and spa is great and rooms are OK. This time we had some issues with the staff and service, but overall is a good idea to stay here.

I loved staying at this hotel! The Executive/Business reservation is great! The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the snacks and drinks at the lounge is excellent. The service staff is fantastic anywhere that we went through the facilities. The amenities are great: swimming pool, spa/sauna.
