Quaint old building, steep stairs (45 of them to our room!). Friendly staff. The surrounding area a bit rundown.

The hotel was ok but our room seemed to be one of the few still unrenovated ones. It was supposed to be a Deluxe room but it was far too small and uncomfortable to qualify as such. The old, outdated and small bathroom did not help improve the experience either. However, the worst part of our stay was the unfriendliness of the staff. Smiling and helpfulness are clearly not part of their profile. Location was good though, but I will choose another hotel in the area if I return.
