The breakfast was great, lots of good options. The parking was frustrating, I definitely did not look at the fact that there was only valet and that it was 40$ a night. Never having been to portland I had not realized the extent of paying to park in the area.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or a shaving mirror. Had a hard time with the temperature control. The parking was not free. Our room shook as though it had tremors. The breakfast was good. The staff helpful. The pool was also nice.

We try to stay at this Hampton Inn when we got to Portland, it is easy to get in and out. The staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, valet parking makes the stay so much easier than some of the other hotels.

Was here for a long birthday weekend. The hotel was great, the free breakfast was good and lots of items to choose from. Room was tastefully done and very clean. The hotel was close to everything, dining, and cultural stuff. Very walkable. Was off season so something I would have liked to see were not open but there was plenty that I found walking around. The walk along the water was vey enjoyable. Close drive by car to other areas of interest on the Maine coast. Hope to be back in the future to finish exploring.

Our family of 4 stayed over the Easter holiday and had a big corner room with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flat, even though there were three per person. The room was very clean. Breakfast was not the best as items were out of stock and we were told at 8:45 that they just didn’t have refills, such as milk and cut fruit.

This property is absolutely beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are great size not as small as most hotel rooms. The location of the pool, breakfast, fitness room and things was conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. My only complaint was the remote wasn't user friendly and there wasn't many options for the television. I definitely give this hotel 5 stars 🌟
