It’s a great hotel for families with children. Was there on a holiday weekend and it was busy so having one elevator not working was a pain then the next day the second elevator was not working and being on the 5th floor was really hard walking up the stairs, thankfully It was only out for a few hours. They had cold ice water out a couple times by the front desk, it would have been nice if they had that everyday. The breakfast was ok, the orange juice and cranberry juice was out the first day. Location was ok, if you want to be closer to the harbor and restaurants Hilton Garden Inn is right across the street from the harbor.

We try to stay at this Hampton Inn when we got to Portland, it is easy to get in and out. The staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, valet parking makes the stay so much easier than some of the other hotels.

Was here for a long birthday weekend. The hotel was great, the free breakfast was good and lots of items to choose from. Room was tastefully done and very clean. The hotel was close to everything, dining, and cultural stuff. Very walkable. Was off season so something I would have liked to see were not open but there was plenty that I found walking around. The walk along the water was vey enjoyable. Close drive by car to other areas of interest on the Maine coast. Hope to be back in the future to finish exploring.

Our family of 4 stayed over the Easter holiday and had a big corner room with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flat, even though there were three per person. The room was very clean. Breakfast was not the best as items were out of stock and we were told at 8:45 that they just didn’t have refills, such as milk and cut fruit.
