The staff was nice, the breakfast was decent, there was good parking, it was close to old port and the portland head light, the room and bathroom were good sized. My only complaint is the floor could have been swept and vacuumed better because I had to brush my feet off before I got in bed.

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, and definitely met our needs. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was better than we expected. We had a full breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, biscuits, coffee, and juice. The hotel was clean, but somewhat rundown. Overall though, the hotel was comfortable and met our needs.

This place was very run down. I would have been ok with it, but it was also not very clean. The common areas were fine, but the floors, furniture, bathtub, etc. in our room we're not clean. My dog spilled water after we'd just arrived and when we used a towel to wipe it up it came away very dirty. My child's socks turned gray from walking on the floors. We asked for another room and staff were very kind and allowed us to look around at others, but they were all in the same state. We ended up leaving a night early.

It was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is important. The coffee pot wasn't washed and the stoppers in both the sink and tub were broken and laying next to them. Both worked fine you just weren't able to take a bath or fill the sink. For an overnight or 2 it's okay.

The cable didn’t have many channels there was much to sit back and relax and watch tv I think they need a lot more channels every hotel I been at had so many channels to choose from that’s the only complaint I got everything else was very nice good staff and clean room I was in room 110 and you have to slam the door to make it actually shut and latched

The staff was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The room and common areas were well cleaned. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the shower. The tub faucet had plenty of pressure but when the shower was turned on it diminished significantly. There were parts of the shower that appeared to need a deep deep cleaning or replacement.
