there was dog food on the floor of our room when we first entered and the hotel could be in better condition overall. the jets in the hot tubs were a little weak but the jacuzzi tub was wonderful. shout out to the staff, they were super friendly and welcoming, and when i first entered the hotel they were very patient with another client who was not having a good day in front of me. they also made sure i got a jacuzzi tub room which was much appreciated

Quick 1 night stay, easy peasy, room was good and hotel conveniently located right off the highway. Room rates were high but so was everywhere else so this made the Ramada economical.

My room was OK but, the jetted tub was very dirty. The jets were not clean at all. Unfortunately, did not use it. Stacks was a great place to eat breakfast. Very large menu and the waitress was very attentive.

The Ramada Plaza was good. Showers had nice hot water and good water pressure. The bathroom sink was a little slow draining. We decided to take a last minute trip to Portland Maine and the location was central to all of the things we wanted to do.

I had a great time with my family at the pool area, but our room it self was dirty. I needed to bring in cleaning supplies for the tub/shower there was hair and conditioner/ shampoo running down the walls. Upon picking up after my children and their toys to try and organize a bit on the second day I hand picked up and found Cheetos by the nightstand, dog food under the curtain and used marijuana papers up against the wall by the tv and coffee stand; making me realize how little house keeping cleaned. When I checked in I was told I was only staying four days and house keeping would not be provided and if I needed something to press zero and items would be brought down. I asked for towels it took hours one day and the next day when asked again for shampoo, conditioner and soap no one showed up. I went the next morning to the desk to ask for the items again and shorty received them. Around the property snow removal or clean up wasn’t great making so we couldn’t park near our room.
