That this for 3 years now is my hotel of Choice (Get it?). Airport very close yet not much noise. Transportation Center just behind the hotel and a nice little walk. Trails! Thompson's Point! Event venue. And Congress Street. The heart of the city is this street. So close to I-95 and I-295, South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Maine Mall!, and minutes from Commercial Street on the mighty Atlantic.

My only complain is that breakfast was not included with the stay. There’s a restaurant but you have to pay for your meal and that was not mentioned on my booking. Other than that it was nice hotel, very clean and staff is super friendly

We had a wonderful stay in the Clarion Hotel, Portland. The only negative was that they had no coffee available except for the poor quality coffee available in the room, or for purchase in the breakfast area. I would have expected a breakfast buffet with coffee as part of our room charge, but that was not the case. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and staff.
