Absolutely excellent hotel for the price. It was difficult to find a dog friendly hotel in that area of Western New York, so it was refreshing to have an option that was not only accommodating but in an awesome location as well.

rude unhelpful stuff dusty room no hand soap🗿 breakfast is not included, we bought it and it was terrible(the food is terrible and the service was soo poor) i called stuff and asked if they could bring me 2 forks and they answered we have them downstairs, so i had to go and search for forks by myself wearing my pajamas the room is very small and we could find where to charge our phones because almost every charger was broken.

The breakfast was incredible, the room was cute and the staff was attentive! The only thing that would have made it better was if I could have stayed longer!

Lovely hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Interior was gorgeous and rooms as well. Breakfast is made to order and very good
